个人简介

张凌宵,浙江东阳人,欧盟玛丽居里学者、中国科学院百篇优秀博士学位论文获得者、中国科学院院长优秀奖获得者。2015年于北京化工大学制药工程专业获得工学学士学位,同年保送至中国科学院过程工程研究所生物化工专业攻读博士学位,并于2020年获得工学博士学位(导师:刘瑞田研究员)。2019年10月至2020年3月,以Visiting Research Student身份在昆士兰大学澳大利亚生物工程与纳米技术研究所访问学习(导师:Zhi Ping Xu教授)。2020年9月-2022年7月在浙江大学药学院从事博士后助理研究员工作(合作导师:凌代舜教授)。目前研究围绕着生物技术药物,利用纳米工具,构建新型药物或疫苗剂型,用于恶性肿瘤及神经退行性疾病的治疗及潜在发病机制揭示。具体包括:(1)镁铝水滑石(Mg/Al-layered double hydroxide)及其离子化衍生纳米佐剂,在蛋白质及核酸药物(疫苗)递送中的研究;(2)DNA和mRNA疫苗或药物的构建及其在肿瘤和神经退行性疾病免疫治疗中的应用;(3)提高疫苗免疫疗效的新型接种策略的开发;(4)细胞药物或递送系统的开发与应用。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Advanced Materials (IF=32.086;2篇)、ACS Nano (IF=18.027)、Nano Today (IF=18.962;2篇)、Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews (IF=17.873)、Biomaterials (IF=15.304)、Nano Research (IF=10.269)、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (IF=10.383)和Journal of Nanobiotechnology (IF=9.429)等知名期刊发表SCI论文或专著14篇(篇均IF=15.272),获得中国专利1项。主持国家自然科学基金1项、欧盟玛丽居里人才项目1项,以及地市科技项目2项。获得中国科学院百篇优秀博士学位论文(2021)、European Commission Horizon Seal of Excellence(2021)、中国科学院院长优秀奖(2020)、ChinaNano 2019国际会议最佳海报奖(2019)、博士研究生国家奖学金(2019)、中国科学院大学地奥奖学金二等奖(2019)、中国科学院大学博士研究生国际合作培养奖学金(2018)、中国科学院过程工程研究所所长优秀奖(2017、2018、2019)、硕士研究生国家奖学金(2017)等荣誉。担任Journal of Nanobiotechnology期刊客座编辑、Cancer Insight副主编,并担任Coordination Chemistry Reviews、Acta Biomaterialia、Journal of Nanobiotechnology等期刊审稿人。

Dr. Lingxiao Zhang received his Ph.D. degree at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2020. He is now an associate professor in Zhejiang University City College and Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellow in Aarhus University. His research focuses on the development of two-dimensional clay materials-based nanobiotechnological drugs and nanovaccines for the diagnosis and therapy of malignant tumors and neurodegenerative diseases. Up till now, he has published 24 high-quality articles in well-known journals such as Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, Nano Today, Biomaterials, Nano Research, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and Journal of Nanobiotechnology with an average impact factor of 15.272. He was also awarded with numerous honors include the TOP100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dean's Excellence Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and European Commission Horizon Seal of Excellence. As project leaders, he has undertaken a number of projects such as Chinese National Natural Science Foundation Project and HORIZON TMA MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships with a total funding of CNY~ 4 million. He also serves as a Guest Editor for Journal of Nanobiotechnology, Associate Editor for Cancer Insight, and journal reviewer for Coordination Chemistry Reviews, Acta Biomaterialia and Journal of Nanobiotechnology.

纳米生物医学实验室(杭州)介绍/Introduction of Nanobiomedical Laboratory (Hangzhou)

纳米生物医学实验室在深圳和杭州均设有实验室,团队首席为新葡萄8883官网AMG客座教授许志平教授。纳米生物医学实验室(杭州)在张凌宵副教授的领导下展开研究,主要从事恶性肿瘤免疫治疗及神经退行性疾病治疗的新策略与新机制研究。目前团队的主要研究方向包括:(1)铝佐剂工程化改造与金属离子修饰,及其在肿瘤免疫微环境调控中的作用及机制探究;(2)纳米铝佐剂-基因协同药物,在免疫微环境系统性调控,及其在肿瘤与神经退行性疾病治疗中的应用研究;(3)功能化T细胞改造增强肿瘤免疫治疗的机制与应用研究。

Nanobiomedical Laboratory locates in Shenzhen and Hangzhou, the Scientist-in-Chief is Professor Zhi Ping (Gordon) Xu. The Hangzhou Laboratory is under the leadership of Associate Professor Lingxiao Zhang, whose research mainly focuses on cancer immunotherapy and neurodegenerative diseases diagnosis and therapy. The research directions in this laboratory include (1) the current main research directions of the team include: (1) engineered NanoAlum adjuvants preparation and the metal-modification strategies, and application and mechanism of NanoAlum for tumor immune microenvironment regulation; (2) NanoAlum-Gene drugs for systematically regulating the microenvironment of tumors and neurodegenerative diseases; (3) The applicaton of NanoAlum for potentiating T cell-mediated cancer immunotherapy.

The team has been recruiting postdoctoral fellows, Ph.D. students and scientific research assistants for a long time, and sincerely invites those who are interested to join us!
